of my Shiba Inu.
I have been raising and showing Shibas since 1990. The first
breed I trained and showed was Rottweilers however, in the past 5 years the Shibas seem to have taken over and my Rotties
have all gone to the Rainbow Bridge.
I have a very limited breeding program but do have puppies available
on occasion and I am more than willing to assist people in finding a reputable breeder in other parts of the country.
My breeding program focuses on temperament as well as conformation.
Being a professional dog trainer for over 15 years temperament is very important to me. Shibas can live very long, healthy
lives so it is essential that they have a temperament that a family will enjoy for many years.
If you are newly intrigued by the Shiba Inu and are thinking it might be the right breed for
you please take your time and do a lot of research. Finding the right breed for your family is not something to rush
into.
Genetics plays a very important role in the health and temperament of every dog. Finding a
breeder that performs all of the basic health clearances and is selective about breeding dogs with stable temperaments should
be at the top of your list.
